We believe the community-at-large has an interest in lending a helping hand to the most vulnerable among us and giving them the tools they need to become productive citizens. The clients we support are fighting on the front lines to tackle some of the most challenging social problems of our time.

Case Study: Safer Foundation. With a mission to reduce recidivism, Safer is the country's largest community-based provider of services to ex-offenders. Their nationally acclaimed work has reclaimed lives, made communities safer, and saved tax dollars. Conlon Public Strategies has helped Safer evaluate the efficacy of its work and create a three-year strategic plan. Among other things, we conducted extensive research on best practices and interviewed scores of practitioners, academics, Safer staff and board members, and offenders and ex-offenders. We have also helped Safer win public support and funding by sharing its success story with the private sector, labor unions, elected officials, and agencies at all levels of government.
